winxp user password forgotten

I installed my system winxp and iam create a user, and password,so iam forget the user password plz solve the problem. How to log on the user .

my syschat user id: mdimran

Correct me if I am wrong but if you go under the Admin account you can change the password of any of the other accounts. I don't use this feature so I don't know for sure. It is worth the shot.
