Win XP Pro Shutdown problem
 

While shutting windows 2 error messages appear:
1. rundll.exe not responding then
2. explorer.exe not responding
How to solve these problems.

This is normally the sign of malware running in your computer.

Run all your anti spyware and anti virus programs. Then clean out all temp files and caches and then reboot and see if the problem still exists!
