So here is the deal, on my desktop there is three user accounts. Two are limited and ones administrative. We have lost the password for the administrative account. So we cant install software or update the computer. I need a way to get on to the administrative account.

A program like this will aloow you to change the administrator password. It won't show you what it is but it will allow you to change it.
