file copy in windows vista /7 in winsxs folder
 

can anybody tell me how to paste files in the following directory
"C:\Windows\winsxs\Manifests"
its giving me nuts......following error message appears when i try to paste afile in it
"Destination folder access denied"............."you need permission to perform the action"....
who the hell am i suppose to take permission fm to copy someting in my computer........
