Its not oriented to windows I did as you said wombat. But ....no use. This problem is not oriented to windows only. This is oriented to Linux partition also. I think the OS settings cannot fix the problem. That means there may be something oriented to hardware also.
I'm explaining my problem more specific.
when q is pressed- print q then ENTER
<- (left arrow) - print 1 then tab to left
8 - Num lock. (if two times, then up)
delete space
