Windows ME

Is Windows ME universally considered the worst of the Windows OS's?
If so, was was it so problematic?

Of all the MS OS's i have used to date, ME is the only one i burned so that i could break the disc!
The rushed it, not that they don't rush every OS, but this one more than the rest. It seems to be missing things, while only a minor attempt to improve 98. I personally feel a bunch of MS employees got drunk one day and started messing with win98 and that's what they came up with a half a$$ of an OS.

How long was it on the market before it was replaced by win2000?
