How can I change the folder that Windows Explorer when Windows Explorer opens. The only explorer.exe I could find always goes to MyDocuments no matte what location I copy it to. Is there an .ini file or registry entry that can be changed so the startup folder can be customized?

on that note i found a weird file with all sorts of files in C:\windows\ folder. its on one line and would like to know what its for. They match some of my programs default startup locations but could not find for explorer.exe and I dont think that there is one that can be edited with notepad. although i think I might be wrong for that since I think I may have read something to change it. not sure so just ignore this.
