Anybody heard of Windows Cougar?
It's a famous hacked version of Windows 95. Screenshots are available at

I want to know if anybody knows where to download it..

if there is no download link, I am also looking for Windows Janus builds.
janus, as you already know, is the codename for Windows 3.1.

Can anybody help?

They are most probably available on usenet, one of the alt.bins would have them both.
