How can I drill down on the explanation provided by Windows 7 error reporing
Peridically when I get up in the morning I see an "unexpected shutdown" message. A couple of times I have had a "blue screen" (with Windows Home Premium 64). I procededed to clean my registry (with software) ..but I think it is the same problem ..and possible some sort of conflict ..but don't know how to drill down. I do have Norton Ghost and back up my entire hard drive ..but the restore is a pretty long process. What is best way to handle this I know these things are hard to resolve ..but I am pretty technical.
Thanks:
