when chatting with customer support live chat .. i can't see the font

please help

I just tried to chat with ebags.com live chat, when i wrote the message its appear and i can see what i am write but if submit it seems that i didn't write anything .. all clear and white .. even if the customer support write back to me i can him/her typing like in the messanger but when they stopped i should see what they have wrote to me .. so while i am typing with them i told them that i can't see what they wrote and i gave them my email to write me back .. and they have send that email with my all typing that i wrote .. so

anyway .. how to fix this please ASAP

Uninstall Java JRE, then download and install the latest version from here...

Download this one Windows XP/Vista/2000/2003 Offline http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

I removed the java and still have the problem

I am not familiar with that paticular program but if it is like some of the others then there is a font color program that will allow you to change the font colors. Have you made sure it is set to black or some other color besides white?
