I am thinking of buying old sony picturebook from E-bay. I have two options:

1. 400 MHZ with 64 MB memory (not upgradeable)
2. 266 MHZ with 128 MB memory

which one is better for internet surfing?

Hello kousermanzer, the decision you make can also depend on the operating system you will be using on your laptop.

If you like streaming video or quite graphic intensive games you would probably need the RAM, although you would obviously still run into a few problems here and there with a 266Mhz processor.
