Vista without XP from a dualboot Hello, I'm new here and I was searching google about my problem. I have a dualboot XP-VISTA and the first on IDE HDD and the second on SATA-HDD (so 2 HDD), and now I want to delete XP from my PC and keep the VISTA working normally. I found the following link on your site: http://www.syschat.com/remove-xp-xp-...boot-1927.html It looks great, but someone replied with: "Title pretty much says it all. When I go in to format my xp partition (c:\) it tells me I can't format my system partition. Should I go ahead and do it anyway or what. Please help. I really want XP GONE!"END QUOTE Well, this is the problem I now have. When I trie to delete XP in VISTA, then it says that it's not possible. This is the way my 'manage' looks like and if I want to format C:// then it says that it is not possible: http://img68.imageshack.us/img68/4163/managevs5.jpg Greetings and thanks, I. |
