SysChat - Vista to xp

hi i just got a new ASUS laptop and it comes with vista can i put xp pro on it
i heard that it was not possible but they got xp on there laptop

this does not dual boot

Why do you want to possibly stuff up a working computer?

Pig roooting around finding the necessary drivers for Win XP is not a lot fun as you may not find them either.

Who are "they".

You would be better of dual booting on two partitions with a boot manager called GAG...

Wombat is on course...and as far as it goes....my personal op on the dual boot is to use a boot manager. It would save a whole lot of headaches later on.
