how to prevent particular group of user to access the USB Drive?

Hello, do you mean access to something like an external USB hard drive or access to the USB ports altogether?

To prevent external USB harddrive for the particualar group of user

You can use the file sharing settings for that drive. When you access the sharing properties you can set the security permissions for every user group.

What operating system are you using?
