Uploading Photos from Mobile Device
 

I am using a Qtek 9100 to photograph. It has no Internet connection now.
Lately the uploading is not functioning in my laptop Acer Extensa 5620Z.
I load my pics to pc and then onto Picasa.
The pc does not open the normal upload box with a check box to indicate to erase pics in device after loading them.
Please help me.
