Trying to dual boot with vista preinstalled. XP finds no drives.
 

I would appreciate any help which could be given. - Vista preinstalled on VAIO VGN-AR61ZU running RAID 0. I have created a separate partition for XP but when i try to install XP it states drives not found.

i heard that RAID sometimes has something to do with that. Though Im having some difficulty too, I'd like to install xp home on my compaq Presario CQ50 but no drives apear... Though im sure XP reads ntfs so i tried reformatting but that damn recovery drive restored! Any help would be appreciated

i found "nLite" and put the sata drivers on the boot up disk. i found which driver by reading the readme on the download from the manufacturers site for the various drivers. its working but i want to get all the drivers on, not just the drives drivers. if you know what i mean!
