Taskbar messing up

For some reason this keeps happening to my task bar. Any ideas on what might be causing it?

Right mouse click on the Taskbar, and click on Lock the Taskbar a tick mark will appear beside it.

Edit: Go to Start / Settings / Taskbar and Start Menu / put a tick in Inactive Icons. You can tweak the icons settings by clicking Customize and editing the separate icons as well...

I wasn't talking about the icons, the buttons to minimize/restore the windows were appearing twice. But, I uninstalled Notebook Hardware Control and it has stopped happening. I think it may have been causing problems with the language toolbar, since the extra set of buttons was appearing were the language toolbar was supposed to be.

That certainly is a mess of icons, you have 2 for internet connection and 2 for battery life, as well as many others. I would suggest removing all the unnecessary ones.
