Why Wont My Notebook Initalize After The Systems Recovery Has Been Successful?it Is A Hp Compaq Nx7010.

Running Xp Pro.i Just Went To Reboot And My Altiris Local Full System Recovery Took Over.so I Ran It Through.says It Was Successfull But Now All I Get Is Initializing Please Wait
And Goes No Farther
