system 32 prob - reg

Hello sir,

I have dual system ie xp+vista

In vista I can connect to internet n use the cpu.

But when log in to xp , I cant connect to net. When i try to access the phone n modem setting " cant find system32.rundll.exe' is the display i see..........

How culd i solve it.?
