stuck with non-working vista ultimate windws

i need help...my daughter and i purchased vista ultimate.before she left the country to go to school in germany she had installed it on my computer..well before the 30-days was up..i tried to register it and it told me no..when i called microsoft the man was so rude he would nt talk to me like an adult ...i gave him the product key info he said no not for your computer...i asked to speak with the supervisot he said 1 minute he then attempts to get on the phone using or trying to use a sdifferent voice i then ask him his name and he tells me the same name as the 1st guy when i ask him about it he then says at first no i am the supervuisor...then he says ok well hang on...about 40 seconds .later he icomes on again..this time giving me a different name then i ask what his employee id3 is he gives to e i advised him i don't like whats going on here i a,m not omly going to contact the bbb but also call the attorney general he then hangs up on me and removes my windoes genuine and now i am stuck i have no task bar i can't use the key i have ..what do i do my daughter is away out of state with her vista copy in another cointry??

I would keep calling until I got a person that would help me....short of that, i have have no clue

Who did you speak to at microsoft?

Microsoft SA treated me well when it came to product Activation.

Try and call The SA number or call Victor at MS SA
