Good morning. I'm having a problem. I have a Gateway pc with Windows XP Home Edition. For some weird reason, the only way I'm able to get online is first safe mode, then Administrator then run the Task Mgr, then Firefox. How do I fix this? I'm not able to run restore. I need step-by-step instructions if possible. Thankyou
