Sound card.
 

How can i detect that my sound card is working or not , my speakers are ok but these are not working when i connect this to my computer.

Have you checked Device Management? Try connecting a different set of speakers or headphones...

Go to the Device Manager, and check for yellow ! exclamation marks in the Sound and game controller section. If a yellow ! is there uninstall the sound card / device drivers and restart the computer, and then reinstall the drivers...
