repairing operating system problems

my computer has a dual boot system prime is Win XP pro and the second is Win XP home. i had Home on the system and was upgrading it to XP pro but it installed the pro version as the second os. how do i uninstall the win XP home.

If this is a new installation then i would just reformat and reinstall with just the xp pro disc.
