You have asked this in a lot of forums all ready and have been told that you should at the least explain what nationality your mom is so someone doesn't post the wrong thing in answering it!

If your religion forbids you to eat certain animals, and or certain parts of them. Just skip the recipe or substitute the offending meat with a suitable choice...
