I mounted my new graphic card and installed the drivers and when i restarted the computer the sound was not working i have tried almost everything i have searched every forum for help and now i am turning to you guys please help, this help will be very apreciated thank you.

Go to your motherboard manufacturers website, and download the Realtek AC'97 WDM Driver for your model board...
