Re-Install .NET 3.5
 

I am unable to re-install .net 3.5 after uninstalling all previous versions.

An application (TurboTax 2009) install failed as it attempted to install .net 3.5 SVP 1. I tried to install 3.5 SVP 1 manually without success. Then I uninstalled 3.5 and I ran Windows Install Cleanup on it. But 3.5 still would not install. So I uninstalled all.net and ran Windows Install Cleanup.

DO I need to re-install all prior versions in order?
