Quad CPU on Asus Commando MOBO

Hi,

Can anyone confirm that a Q9400 or Q9550 CPU will run ok on the ASUS Commando mobo with latest bios 1901, as I am looking to upgrade to one of these proccessors. Any help would be appreciated.
