Go to Start / Programs / and look for Windows Live Writer, open the folder and right mouse click on the Windows Live Writer icon and Send To / Desktop (as shortcut)...

To set up your blog to publish, In Live Writer click Tools -Accounts, then add or edit your blog(s).

Live Writer was in All Programs. Ever since I made an accidental blunder and deleted it from my desk top it NOT found in All Prgrams.

However, it is in Add/Remove as an installed program.

Please tell me how to get this to my desk top.

Or, another method to make use of it.

right click my computer
select explore
click on C: drive
Click on programs
if it is still showing in the add/remove program then it must still be located in this folder somewhere. Search the folders for the correct name...sometimes they install it under a different name such as the manufacturer's name.
Once you locate the folder open it up and look for the set up and double click it. It will reinstall the program to your system and place a new shortcut to your desktop.

As you advised Right clicked My Computer and in the end got this folder opened.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Windows Live Writer

From here on I tried but could not open the program.

Well, it is ok, I wil make use of Note Pad.
