'Program not found' message pops up for every program!
 

Recently I had the files on my old Dell hard drive copied over to my new Dell. I went back to my old Dell to check on something and can't open any application files now. I can't even look at or change anything in the Control Panel. A message comes up saying that Windows can't find this particular file needed to open 'Application' type files. I've searched online but can't find what this file is or how to get it back on the old computer. Has anyone heard of this? Did something happen to it when everything was copied to the new computer? The name of the missing file is tfvfarv.exe

RogLuce, did you get the problem with your Dell fixed yet? From what you describe, my first thought is that maybe you moved the files instead of copying them.
