Problem with Video Capture Card

hallo,
i have a problem with my video capture card. i have a capture card named MPEG capture player II installed with the name Stream Machine 2210 PCI Mini driver. I was using this card with 1.7 celeron Processor and Via Motherboard. It was working well. now I have changed my Pc and using 2.7 dual core Processor and MSI G-31 motherboard. i installed the capture card right but it is having problem in recording/capturing mode wheras player is working well. when I click capture option the movie gets still or shivering and sometimes vertical lines. capture card is working well in older Pc but not in this Pc. please help me.
