I am having a problem uploading my Profile picture and Custom Avatar.

This is a Jpg, 47 x 78 Px, 3.41 kb

I have tried uploading this from my computer and also from a website, but neither works.

Also, I just noticed that my Signature is not being displayed in my posts

Can you help?

Please try uploading your custom avatar now, should work.

Regarding Signature it will be displayed once you complete 10 posts.
