Please Help Me bleutooth not working

HI,
Please i am using gateway windows vista home premium and my system got corrupt THE FIRST DAY IT WAS SENT TO ME and bacause of that i reinstalled the operating system.Since then my bleutooth hasn't work and the hardware is not even showing in the device manager.Please help me

Sounds like you need to reinstall the driver for your bluetooth device. You should be able to find it on the manufacturers website.

You can try going to Gateway's website and see if they have a support site for driver downloads. I would try this first due to the fact the driver they have would be for your computer. Sometimes the computer manufactures drivers have added abilities not found with on the device manufactures website.
