password problems
 

i have a gateway laptop windos vista some one got on my computer and chaged my password under oner on the start up menu and now i cant up grade or clean out my laptop how do i get past the unnown password? when i try to download after i click run enter password pops up and i dont know the password HELP ME PLEASE?

Is your account the only one on the computer or is your account the administrator account?
