i have a 64 bit wondows o/s with an ati video card x300 , i have an older tv card also ati, when i try to install ita screen comes up that says must be installed from windows nt with administrator privelidges, type the password it says cannot runor returns to windows nt screen , how do i install what do i do ati has been less help than khofi annan in beirut anyone got an idea?

which windows OS is it? Vista is not considered to be NT, you would need a new version of the installer which works with it.
If you are using XP, then you must log in with the admin account, and it should be ok.

its xp pro 64-bit and when ive logged in as admin even when it asks the second time , all it will tell me is repeatedly must be logged in as wondows nt administrator, ive no clue what to do next

are you sure you are logging in as the admin? load up in safe mode, to view ALL accounts and be sure the admin account listed is the one you are using. There can be many administrator priviladged accounts, but nt should only allow 1 administrator account.
