onboard password problem
 

pls,i need help on my dell onboard password.the model is inspiron 9300 and the motherboard service tag is #83N2L1J-595B.THANKS AND HAVE A BLESS DAY.

Contacting Dell support is probably the fastest way, but if they won't help you the easiest way is probably to unplug it, remove the battery and open it up and remove the CMOS battery (large watch battery size/shape). Once all power has been removed from the laptop for approx. 30 minutes the passwords should be reset.
