SysChat - Note Pad in Windows

I like Note Pad because it is simple to use. I depend on Note Pad because I have uninstalled Office Word. But I do have a problem with it.

Suddenly it copies a script three times. At the beginning I thought my old and feeble fingers have lent on the 'c' key too long while copying the script.
Later on I realised the situation is not so.

This thrice repetition does not occur elsewhere and it happens in Note Pad once in a while only. And when it occurs in the notes for a particular article, it causes untold confusion.

Could you please tell me how to correct or avoid this problem.
