No Love for Sim City? How come I am the only one in the world who seems to be still excited about and playing Sim City? The best one is Sim City 3000, but the other ones are alright, too. I hear about "The Sims" and I assume that's related, but nobody understands when I talk about the happiness of having a population of 100,000, or the miseries of keeping up with all the pumping stations and power plants....Does ANYONE play this game? |
I used to play it and it is a great game. Didn't cost me much either, about $10. It was fun but after a while got a little repetitive. |
I've played the Sims once or twice, but I think they should be the same... at least the name sounds the same. I found the Sims interesting at first, but like ComDriver, after doing the same thing repeatedly I think it got a little boring. Well that happens to all games. The Sims didn't have all that much adventure (i.e. stealing cars and killing a lot of people) but I still seemed to like it... |
Simcity is fine, not an adventure kind of game. Still, I never got addicted to it like I was with the first simcity. A cool thing to add, but would change lot's of things ingame would be wars between cities. More military buildings maybe and that sort of things. |
First Simcity was great! I think there is even a free web only version of it on Maxis site somewhere. Also Simcity 3000 was good, but the versions after that have seemed too buggy and feature laden to make for fun play. |
