Whenever i watch a movie on my pc there is no audible dialogue during the movie the background music and everything else plays fine but no dialoge. My sound works fine to listen to music and anything else let me know what i need to do. Oh and its not just one program its any movie program i have.

it could be caused by th sound card needing to be reconfigured to use the correct audio playback device.

control panel > sound and audio > properties> check for the correct playback.

Or it could be that the codecs are not functioning properly.
