Flag Red Need Viruse Help Fast

I recently had to get a new hard drive on one of my computers due to a hard drive failure. I downloaded "Drive Vaccine" I was told it was good on a different web site. It didn't work nothing got recovered. Now I can't delete that program even if I go to the windows add/remove programs utility and say remove it will not let me push next to remove it. If I right click delete then erase it from my recycle bin it deletes it till I restart and it appears again. I need help or I could have to pay for a third hard drive because it is deleting data that I have.

Thanks,

Remember I Hate My Computer

You want help in removing "Drive Vaccine"

According to "Drive Vaccine" makers Horizon DataSys the solution to your problem is mentioned in their FAQ.

Quote:
RollBack Rx uninstall didn't finish completely. I can still see RollBack Rx in Program folder and Add/Remove programs, but when I select uninstall, it won't uninstall.
Horizon DataSys provides a free support utility that allows you to clean up files, regitry settings left from an incomplete uninstall. If you require this utility send us a quick support request throught this support interface.

I assume reinstalling Windows managed to remove the program then?

In general I'm unimpressed by software which requires a dedicated tool to remove, though probably more so because most instances I've come across of this are to do with spyware.
