What are the specs of your machine?
What software are you trying to open?
What anti spyware software are you using?

We kinda need to know at least the answers to these questions to even begin to help.

Please install and run HijackThis and attach the log file, so that we can troubleshoot what's wrong with your computer.

Default Spyware Help

I used IObit that is listed on this website. I really works!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use the Advance WindowsCare V2 Personal it is a free program. It also will walk you to and from it allows you to check your computer for spyware, security defense, registry fix, system optmization, startup manager and also has a great little program call memory cleaner that works great too. Also, use a little program call regscrub which is also on the website.

This program will help with your spyware problem.

John
