Need advice on video card please
 

I am currently using a ATI All-in-Wonder 2006 Edition (9600 Series) 256mb and I absolutely hate it ... especially when I think about what I spent for it. I've not had it a year yet and ATI will not support it .. that's nice ! !

What I need is advice about buying a new video card. Here is what I need it for: Monitor hookup, tv hookup, vcr hookup. I have several vcr tapes that I want to convert to dvds. I have a 42" monitor/tv that I would like to then watch the movie on. I also have a dvd player/recorder that I would like to record dvds on that I have downloaded.

Am I asking too much? Sure could use some advice and help please.
