whenever i start my computer , ms word automatically opens , anybody can help me for this

If it's starting from a shortcut in your startup folder, just delete the shortcut. Click All Programs>Startup right clock on the item you want removed and choose delete.

If its' not starting from there, let us know what OS you're using. (XP?)
