Question #1- I replaced my modem. Now I get a message that a MSVBVM60.DLL file was not found. What do I do?

Question #2- I purchased an external floppy. I'm unable to run the installation cd. What do I do?

Can you please provide more information, what type of computer (desktop or laptop) do you have, what is your operating system (Windows xp, Windows 98 etc)

What do you mean by "replaced modem"? did you replace your old modem with new modem?

what type of modem/software (for a relevant help on the file name)
and what does an external floppy have to do with the isntallation cd.. i'm confused on what question 2 is asking.
