Microsoft has released a public beta 2 preview version of Internet Explorer 7.0. Since it is a beta version do not use it as your main browser. And it will only run on Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed.
IE7 has new user interface, tabbed browsing, RSS feeds, and new security features.
