microsoft express accounting installation problem
 

I downloaded the free version. It won't install. I have tried several times.
3 years ago I downloaded this program successfully and have been happy using it. Recently the Print Preview feature decided not to work. Instead of previewing a 4 page report it figures it is over 400 pages. I tried printing without the print preview and it wants to print all 400+ pages. I guess there is a problem with the program putting the information in a concise format.

Can I fix the old program?
Can I get the new program to install? I was going to download the new program and use my backups to re-install my data.
