Microsoft Dynamics

Hi does anybody know how to install Microsoft Dynamics.
What I have a problem with is that I go through some self extraction wizard then when I browse the extracted folder I see the followiing files on directory D:\Microsoft Dynamics\AX40
the files are AX40_Install.vhd and AX40_Install.vmc

Please help this is urgent

It looks like you downloaded it to run in Virtual PC.

Microsoft software installers are either .exe or .msi, those two file would have to be installed to the correct folder during the setup and installation of Dynamics

Not wanting to download and install something that I will never use, I suggest that you have a browse of the links on the Windows Dynamics website.
