am preparing to write an Exam "microsoft CRM 3.0 instalation and configuration" so i need to know if i can get any advice on how to prepare for this Exam tanks

Have a good nights sleep before the exam.

Don't drink to much coffee so that you are wired for sound.

That is the best advice you should get....Learn the program and don't short change yourself in trying to find or use shortcuts to take the exam.....plenty of rest the night before really helps!
