I run the diagnostics tool available at my computer's start screen and I found my laptop had this error displayed when it perfomormed the XMATS32 Memory Test Error Code: 0123 Msg Error Code: 2000-0123 MSG: Memory Integrity Test Failed Adress = 0_31FEE0A4h, Actual= FFFFFFF9h, Expected= FFFFFFFBh Location = DIMM_A Can somedbody help me out please? Thanks in advance, John |
It looks like you may have a bad memory stick, try replacing the memory with some known good memory. Do you have more than one memory stick in your PC? If so you can try removing one stick at a time to determine which stick is bad. Let me know how it goes. |
DIMM_A is your clue, your first stick of ram (in slot 1 or A) is damaged some how. Either replace it or promote another dim to slot 1. |
