Meebo MiniBar

Can someone please help me remove Meebo MiniBar? It pops up on the bottom on the page on Internet Explorer 9. I have Windows 7 Home Premium. Meebo is not in the list of programs installed. It is not listed in the add-ons in Internet Explorer.
