mallicious impersonate

One of my office collegue has open her Yahoo email account in my machine. After few days I have forwarded a gmail to selected list. Without my knowledge one photo which was open above friend few days ago was attached to that gmail. If I scan that photo is not in my machine. What can be happend?

can somebody help me to find what can happen.
